Training is provided and it is fully paid.

Yes, this is a contractual employment. However, there is no bond  for this employment contract.  You may resign anytime without any compensation, so long as you provide sufficient resignaton notice as per the employment letter of offer.

24 hours shifts, 8 hours + 1 hour break (6 days/ week) according to the roster.

You are entitle for 12 days annual leave upon fulfill the working period.
